We need to make sure we are constructive, even though we might not always feel like we can be 100% accurate. We need to be sensitive to the fact that some people might take things they think we say or write about him too seriously.

When you are assigned to work with Afits, you must take care of this situation the best you can. Here are some tips for how you can do this:

1) Make sure you are close by when Afits is around, and be there when he needs you; 

2) Make sure you understand his Push model, and understand how to handle it; 

3) Take care of his ego by never pushing him too much, and always providing an atmosphere in which he can not continue with his tradition of buxtonnews pushing us; 

4) Remember that he is only doing what he must do to make our business run, and there is no “easy” way out;
